Here at the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Theta Chi, we pride ourselves in being better fraternity men and brothers through abiding by our national traditions and ideals of truth, temperance, and tolerance, as well as our local virtues of brotherhood, integrity, leadership, kindness, and personal development. Through our fraternity, we strive to make meaningful connections and lifelong friendships that guide us through college and beyond.

The men of Theta Chi uphold a higher moral standard, treating all individuals in our chapter – both new members and initiated brothers – as equals. It is a brotherhood where you are constantly challenged to become a better man. This strong brotherhood, in addition to our leading campus involvement, busy social calendar, and high academic standards, make Theta Chi the most rewarding fraternity on campus.
THE ASSISTING HAND
One of the core values of our brotherhood, as found in our creed and our fraternity motto, is the willingness to extend a helping hand to all who seek it. As brothers of Theta Chi, we are always ready to do our part for our fellow brothers, our friends, and our community. Our national philanthropy is the USO, and we have an event to raise money for them every spring. At other points of the year, we hold philanthropy events for local organizations, such as Eugene Public Schools, or Greenhill Animal Shelter. On top of these events organized to raise money, we have brotherhood service events. As Theta Chis, we are dedicated to bettering both ourselves and the world around us.
